ARCHER in Seattle seeks a leader to architect and develop production-grade agentic AI and multi-agent systems, elevating engineering productivity, reliability and operational excellence. You will govern orchestration, state management, security, observability, evaluation and scalable AI infrastructure while contributing code and automating remediation.

The ideal candidate has formal software engineering training, 5+ years of applied experience, advanced Python, and hands-on production delivery

Competenze

Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.
At least five years of applied experience in software engineering or AI systems.
Advanced Python proficiency and hands-on production delivery of agentic AI.
Experience with generative AI at scale, agent frameworks and evaluation, and cloud infra (AWS).
Infrastructure-as-code (Terraform) and reliable distributed systems experience.

Mansioni
