Qualifications

• MS, PhD, or equivalent experience with 5+ years.
• Strong expertise in C++, high-performance software architecture and algorithm development.
• Deep understanding of detailed routing, including DRC-aware implementation.
• Understanding of co-optimization with ECOs (clock distribution, DFT, power delivery).

Responsibilities

• Develop incremental physical-design technology for rapid high-performance logic changes with DRC and parasitic awareness.
• Invent improved detailed-routing algorithms for complex DRC-constrained optimization across processes.
• Help craft cross-domain optimization tools considering logic, timing, clocks, testability, power distribution, placement, routing and DRCs.
• Own problems end-to-end—from invention through implementation, validation, and production deployment.
