Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field and extensive QA experience.
• 7+ years in software quality, testing, or product validation.
• Proven experience leading technical teams and projects.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and software quality engineering principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Software Quality Applications Engineers supporting customer accounts and product lines.
• Act as the primary escalation point for critical customer quality and reliability issues.
• Partner with internal software engineering, Release, marketing, and customer support to resolve issues.
• Drive root cause analysis and implement corrective actions (8D, DMAIC, FMEA).
• Establish and monitor key quality metrics and corrective action effectiveness.
• Lead customer-facing technical reviews, quality audits, and business reviews.
• Drive continuous improvements to product quality and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate actions across global teams and support new product introductions with field insights.
