Fidelity is seeking a Senior Software Quality Engineer in Westlake, TX to strengthen the Stock Plan Admin QE team. You will design and execute automated tests, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive quality across an equity compensation platform for a global market.

The role emphasizes UI and API testing, automation, and continuous improvement. Strong technical background and commitment to stability are required, with a focus on modern testing methodologies within a large enterprise.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant technical experience in test planning, execution, and automation.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a technology-related field such as Computer Science or Engineering.
• Proficiency in QE Best Practices and Test Suite Management tools like Jira-Xray and HP ALM.
• Expertise in various types of testing including functional, user experience, regression, and non‑functional testing.
• Strong skills in Java, TypeScript/JavaScript, and automation tools such as Selenium and Playwright.
• Experience with UI and Microservices Architecture, SOAP and Restful APIs, and enterprise messaging systems.
