ASML seeks a Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer to lead quality efforts across hardware, software, and systems. You will design validation strategies and drive automation to ensure reliability, performance, and maintainability of diverse software solutions spanning desktop, web, and embedded environments.
The role requires deep SDLC knowledge, hands-on automation, and collaboration across multi-disciplinary teams to achieve scalable quality.
Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, reliability, performance, and maintainability of software solutions that drive customer satisfaction. We are looking for an experienced QA professional and technical leader with strong analytical, test design, automation, and problem‑solving skills. The ideal candidate demonstrates technical depth, curiosity, integrity, and a results‑oriented mindset.
As a key member of a highly integrated, multidisciplinary team of software, systems, applications, hardware, and algorithm engineers, you will be responsible for validating complex software systems spanning hardware, firmware, operating systems, desktop applications, and web applications. Proven ability to thrive in collaborative teams while solving complex quality, scalability, and reliability challenges across the full technology stack.
Master degree with substantial general work experience, or equivalent working and thinking level. Comprehensive job related experience in own expertise area to fully competence level.
Seasoned designer within own competence and has completed at least 1 product development cycle.
The current base annual salary range for this role is currently:
$140,250-210,375
