Job summary

GDIT is seeking a Software QA Specialist/Applications Tester to join our team in McLean, VA, delivering scalable backend services for government customers. You will design and execute test plans, perform automated testing, and coordinate with developers to ensure quality across enterprise systems.

The role requires 6+ years of related experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and active TS/SCI w/ Poly; familiarity with AWS, ServiceNow, Kubernetes, and JIRA/Confluence will support success.

Qualifications

Develops and implements quality control methodologies to ensure QA standards.
Develops and executes software test plans to identify code discrepancies and root causes.
Maintains evaluation processes for hardware, software and related documentation.

Responsibilities

Support government activities from McLean, VA as a Software QA Specialist.
Work with Agile teams to test and validate backend services and enterprise systems.
