Qualifications

• Bachelor's of Science degree with related experience; or advanced degrees as alternatives.
• Experience in developing and implementing Software Quality Assurance plans.
• Experience in developing and using metrics for process health and performance monitoring.
• Experience prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Experience liaising between local personnel, suppliers, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Attend meetings and support scrum/sprint teams; create dashboards in Jira for progress and efficiency.
• Monitor process health, progress and stability metrics as required.
• Become fluent in Jira, Confluence, Jazz, DOORS or other tools as needed.
• Advocate for Mission Assurance and communicate value to stakeholders.
• Ensure GBSD software complies with industry guidelines and contractual requirements; focus on engagement and continuous improvement.
