The role focuses on independence in test plan execution, audit-driven quality, and building dashboards to track progress and ensure readiness before releases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or related field required.
• At least 6 years in software engineering with QA/testing background.
• Experience with SDLC related to QA processes.
• Proficient in conducting process and product audits.
• Strong ability to organize, prioritize, and execute test cases with dashboards.
• Experience documenting and reporting bugs clearly.
• Experience setting up system integration and test environments.
• Familiar with AS9100/industry standards.
• Proficient in C, C++, or Python.
• Awareness of Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence, Docker, GitLab).

Responsibilities

• Serve as independent review for test plan creation and execution for DoD software; maintain and improve quality management processes.
• Plan, organize, and prioritize test cases and plans; develop dashboards to track progress.
• Record and communicate software issues with precise details to support quick fixes by developers.
• Set up and manage test environments to simulate real-world scenarios before release.
• Conduct process and product audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary engineering team using Agile practices and tools (Jira, Confluence, Docker, GitLab) to meet project objectives.
