• BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the quality of Apple’s customer support experience across functionality, performance, and stability.
• Write and review automation test scripts, perform root-cause analysis, and provide consistent reproduction steps.
• Collaborate with test automation engineering, product management, and engineering program teams to drive quality improvements.
