Job summary

Compri Consulting is seeking a Software QA Analyst for a direct hire position with our client headquartered in Boulder, CO. The role focuses on developing and executing exploratory and automated tests to ensure product quality and leadership of test activities within development teams.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in QA testing, 1+ year in Agile environments with test automation, and strong SQL/SQL Server experience.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of software quality assurance testing experience.
• 1+ year of experience with Agile development and test automation tools.
• Proficiency in SQL query creation/execution.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases, SQL, and web technologies.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and Windows 2000 or later.
• 1+ year of automated testing experience, including load and performance testing; UFT/QTP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute exploratory and automated tests to ensure product quality.
• Provide leadership within development teams on software testing aspects.
• Lead, guide and monitor test activities to meet business objectives.
• Assist team members in analyzing deliverables to ensure proper test coverage.
