• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Jira, Asana, Monday.com, MS Project or similar tools.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills amid ambiguity.
• Ability to translate business priorities into executable project plans with balanced scope, quality, schedule, and risk.
• Ability to travel up to 15% (national).
