Job summary

Responsibilities

• Define product concept from customer requirements and product strategy.
• Design product shape/structure and use FMEA/DRBFM to prevent failures.
• Attend design reviews to meet performance, schedule and cost goals.
• Analyze DV-stage quality issues including supplier/ design problems.
• Support development of verification methods to improve quality and speed.
• Perform VAVE engineering development work.
• Assist in production line process planning and quality analysis.
• Contribute to new business quotations based on customer needs.
• Develop suppliers and improve capabilities per business plans.
• Create Qualification Test Plans per legal and customer specs.
• Plan and track testing programs; analyze test reports.
• Communicate test requirements and results with customers.
