Job summary

Anduril Industries is transforming defense tech with autonomous systems and a robust CI platform. As a Software Engineer on the CI team, you will help build, test, and deploy automated pipelines across multiple enclaves, enabling faster, more reliable software releases for critical systems.

You will own end-to-end epics, collaborate across complex delivery ecosystems, and instrument metrics to measure improvements in the CI experience.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with CI/CD platforms like GitLab CI, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
• Strong programming in Python, C++, and Rust.
• Solid software engineering fundamentals: design patterns, testing, version control, debugging.
• Experience with IaC tools to provision environments.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement secure CI/CD pipelines, enabling automated build, test, and deployment software across multiple enclaves.
• Collaborate with software engineers to optimize build and test processes, reduce deployment friction, and integrate security controls early.
• Build Infrastructure-as-Code frameworks to provision and configure environments meeting DISA STIG and NIST 800-53 requirements.
• Create monitoring and logging infrastructure to validate support security operations, troubleshooting, and incident response.
