Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking a Senior Software Development Engineer in Seattle to lead the Content Platform’s Training Needs Analysis. The role focuses on architectural decisions, scalable service design, and mentoring engineers to elevate coding standards and performance.

You will drive AI-assisted development practices, improve observability and deployment automation, and collaborate with product managers to translate business needs into robust technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and building distributed, cloud-native applications.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools and rapid prototyping.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of scalable services on the Content Platform.
• Mentor engineers and enforce engineering standards and best practices.
