Job summary

Danta Technologies is seeking a Senior Software Packager to lead packaging, testing, and deployment across desktop and server platforms, including cloud/AVD environments. The role emphasizes technical leadership, documentation, and cross-team collaboration.

You will develop packaging solutions, coordinate with vendors, and ensure compliance with IT standards. Onsite from Day 1, this contract role targets a 6+ month engagement in Houston, TX.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software packaging, development and deployment experience in large enterprise environments.
• Experience integrating packaging with self-service portals, automation tools, and deployment systems.
• Expertise with packaging tools and scripting: MSIX, Numecent, Intune and related tech.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discussions in packaging and deployment projects.
• Develop customized packaging solutions for desktop/server environments and cloud/AVD platforms.
• Prepare test plans, document changes, and coordinate with release teams and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with Company standards and policies during deployments.
• Provide technical mentorship and drive IT initiatives across projects.
