Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Corporate Development, M&A, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Growth Equity, or related field.
• Strong transaction experience within software, SaaS, technology, consumer software, or related sectors.
• Experience evaluating and executing acquisitions; buy-and-build or roll-up experience is a plus.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
• Commercially minded with the ability to identify attractive acquisition opportunities.
• Comfortable working independently and directly with senior stakeholders.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Help develop and execute the company’s M&A strategy and acquisition roadmap.
• Identify, source, and evaluate potential acquisition opportunities.
• Conduct financial analysis, valuation, and strategic assessment of potential targets.
• Lead and manage due diligence processes and transaction execution.
• Work closely with senior leadership and external advisors throughout the deal process.
• Support negotiations, transaction structuring, and closing.
• Partner with internal teams on post-acquisition integration and strategic initiatives.
