Job summary

Trinity Global Consulting is seeking a highly qualified professional to lead client integrations and security-focused implementations in a TS/SCI environment in Chantilly, VA. You will manage cross-system integrations, debug software issues, and support authentication, SSO, and SAML across cloud infrastructure.

The role requires strong documentation skills, ability to tailor solutions for clients, and experience communicating with leadership and partners.

Qualifications

• Active TS SCI clearance, CI Poly eligible; must be a U.S. citizen.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 8 years of relevant work experience, or master's with 6 years of prior relevant experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and extensive experience working with external clients/partners.
• Demonstrated ability to document processes/procedures.
• Ability to recognize when the client requires customizations to a standard solution.
• Ability to debug software issues, investigate root causes, and recommend fixes.
• SEC+ certification or DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification, or ability to attain certification within 60 days of start.

• Brief Program and Customer leadership, communicate product and implementation details to clients and partners, and raise impediments to Program Leadership.

Duties May Include:

· Implement, evolve, and support authentication, Single Sign On (SSO), Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML), federation, and cloud infrastructure.

· Implement methods, standards, and approaches for describing, analyzing, and documenting the organization's enterprise IT architecture.

· Perform software testing and validation procedures, improving them as needed, and feed the CI/CD pipeline through requirements gathering and usability sessions.

· Brief Program and Customer leadership, communicate product and implementation details to clients and partners, and raise impediments and larger issues to Program Leadership.

Desired Qualifications:

· Active TS SCI clearance with CI Poly.

· Active CompTIA Security+ certification.

· Demonstrated experience in strong authentication technologies and protocols (e.g., PKI, SSL).

· System administration skills with Linux systems.

· Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Scrum, and Agile processes.

· Knowledge of Oracle Identity and Access Management (IdAM) suite, including Oracle Access Manager (OAM) and Oracle Unified Directory (OUD).

· Knowledge of Ping, Kubernetes, Docker, and Ansible.

· Knowledge of authentication standards using OAuth, SAML, or PKI.

· Knowledge of open standards such as REST, SOAP, JSON, and LDAP.

· Knowledge of Authentication (AuthN), Authorization (AuthZ), Digital Policy Management (DPM), Entitlement Management (EM), and Authoritative Attributes (AuthA).
