Job summary
Terabase Energy is seeking a Senior Software Engineering Manager based in South Carolina to lead a distributed team in advancing renewable energy software. You will guide the technical roadmap for the flagship PlantPredict and Pro Apps platforms, ensuring they meet industry standards for reliability and performance.
With a focus on team development and cross-functional collaboration, you'll work with product and engineering teams to deliver innovative solutions. The position includes a competitive salary range of $170,000 - $210,000 depending on experience, along with generous benefits and opportunities for career progression.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience building and maintaining web applications or SaaS platforms.
- 3+ years of experience leading software engineering teams or managing technical leads.
- Proven experience with cloud-based architectures and modern frontend frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of engineers.
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for the product suite.
- Manage end-to-end product delivery ensuring high performance and reliability.
