The position includes a competitive salary range of $170,000 - $210,000 depending on experience, along with generous benefits and opportunities for career progression.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience building and maintaining web applications or SaaS platforms.
- 3+ years of experience leading software engineering teams or managing technical leads.
- Proven experience with cloud-based architectures and modern frontend frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of engineers.
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for the product suite.
- Manage end-to-end product delivery ensuring high performance and reliability.
