Qualifications

• 4+ years of people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects and a team of developers with experience in distributed microservices and full-stack systems.
• Collaborate with digital product managers to deliver cloud-based solutions for financial empowerment.
• Mentor team members and, from time to time, contribute code or evaluate code.
• Stay up-to-date with tech trends, experiment with new technologies, and participate in technology communities.
