Job summary

University of Texas at Austin is seeking a Senior Software Engineer and Workflow Developer at the Pickle Research Campus. You will lead SIMS administration, design automated workflows, and develop SQL Server integrations to improve operations. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Two programming languages with production experience.
• 3+ years in software development including complex systems and admin work.
• 3 years supporting enterprise business applications.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server environments.
• Experience writing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and scripts.
• Strong communication and analytical abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical administrator and support resource for SIMS software.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated workflows using BP Logix Process Director.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain SQL Server procedures and scripts.
• Develop integrations between SIMS, BP Logix, and other apps.
