Qualifications

• 5+ years in data management/search systems with distributed systems background.
• Experience in developing concurrent, stateful services.
• Ability to shape technical direction and lead initiatives through collaboration.
• Experience writing, debugging, and optimizing multithreaded Java applications.
• Familiarity with LLM development tools across the SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex projects across the company ecosystem, e.g., a new Search deployment framework.
• Set project strategy, architect features, and drive successful execution.
• Identify and implement features to improve reliability, performance, and security.
• Perform code reviews and promote improvements in software development processes.
