Job summary

SRS Acquiom is seeking an accomplished Senior Software Engineer to join our team in a hybrid Denver or US-wide remote role. You will design and deliver complex, scalable systems, mentor peers, and drive CI/CD and testing strategies while integrating AI tooling into development practices.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, champion best practices, and continually improve software engineering processes, with in-person visits required a few times per year for remote hires.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a full stack engineer.
  • 3+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails.
  • Expertise creating robust CI/CD pipelines.
  • Expertise with modern cloud native development (Docker, Kubernetes, Knative).
  • Experience leading collaborative software design sessions.
  • Experience leading continuous improvement of Engineering practices.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Expertise with version control systems.
  • Expertise with RESTful web services.
  • Strong understanding of SOLID principles and design patterns.
  • Expertise with database technologies and patterns.

Position Summary

Location: This is either a hybrid position based in our Denver, CO office or a fully remote position within the Continental United States. If fully remote, In-person visits to the Denver headquarters are required, on average three times per year.

Compensation: The salary range for this position is between $145,000.00 - $160,000.00, depending on experience level.
