Qualifications

• Requires a BSEE/BSCS/BSCE/BSSE or equivalent with 10 years of experience.
• 6 years C# and Microsoft.NET Winforms application programming.
• 4 years object oriented design and analysis experience.
• Experience creating requirements, design, and test documentation.
• Experience integrating software with hardware systems in SCADA environments.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, Windows Sockets 2.0 API programming, and Windows Services.
• Knowledge of multi-processor and multi-threaded applications.
