Your Career

We’re seeking a Software Engineer to join our Information Technology team, leading the development and implementation of our program management platforms. You will design and execute strategic roadmaps, configure and integrate applications, and support systems that enhance business performance.

You will explore opportunities to leverage AI technologies to automate, analyze, and optimize workflows, working with data-driven systems and AI/ML APIs.

Your Impact

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software applications.
• Lead technical design and implementation for internal systems and integrations.
• Collaborate with teams to develop new features and improvements.
• Integrate corporate tools across on-premises, AWS, and SaaS platforms.
• Implement AI-driven enhancements to workflows and processes.
• Support and optimize Jira and Confluence environments, including migrations and plugin management.
• Maintain technical documentation and training materials.
• Build automations using scripting languages and AI/ML APIs.

Qualifications (must have)

• 5+ years of software development experience, especially with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management – Data Center).
• Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Groovy.
• Experience applying AI to automation, data analysis, NLP, or recommendations.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, databases, and development practices.
• Experience managing Jira add-ons like Advanced Roadmaps or Structure.
• Familiarity with enterprise integration platforms connecting Jira with ServiceNow, Okta, Slack, etc.
• Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.

Nice to have

• Experience with infrastructure automation or CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with AI prompt engineering or LLM integrations.
• Knowledge of ITSM tools and enterprise service management.
• Background in IT operations or enterprise software environments.

Education/Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience.
• 5+ years relevant work experience.

Compensation Disclosure
