Solerity is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to architect a new feature for our federal-focused product line. You will lead design, mentor engineers, and coordinate with the Systems Engineering team to ensure secure, scalable delivery.

The ideal candidate has TS/SCI clearance, deep Java/Spring expertise, and a strong OO design background. Expect a hands-on, leadership-driven role with a focus on documenting decisions and maintaining high standards.

Qualifications

• Top-tier TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required.
• Expert in Java, Spring Boot ecosystem, and RESTful APIs.
• Strong OO design, SOLID principles and architecture sense.
• Experience leading feature design from concept to deployment.
• Ability to document architecture and technical decisions.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design a new feature using OO principles.
• Act as feature lead, ensuring definition of done across stages.
• Coordinate with Systems Engineering to align approaches.
• Decompose designs into actionable tasks and mentor peers.
• Lead MR reviews to uphold code, security, and performance.
