Base-2 Solutions is seeking a senior software engineer to tackle challenging national defense problems with innovative approaches. You will contribute to next-gen analytics, large-scale systems, and AI-driven solutions across diverse tech stacks.

Responsibilities include designing, implementing, testing, and optimizing complex software, collaborating with teams, and ensuring high-quality software delivery in a secure environment.

Qualifications

14 years of software engineering experience required.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university required.
14 years of experience may substitute for a bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

Develops, maintains, and enhances complex software systems per documented requirements.
Works individually or as part of a team; reviews and tests components.
Resolves software problem reports; follows appropriate design methodologies.
Provides input on system design, trade-offs, and reuse of components.
Participates in architecture discussions and contributes to software quality.
Leverages CI/CD practices and modern development tools.
