Base-2 Solutions seeks a highly experienced software engineer to join our team. The role focuses on developing next-generation analytics, large-scale systems, and data processing across varied platforms, with emphasis on security, AI, NLP, and UI design.

Candidates must show leadership, adaptability, and a drive to solve challenging national defense problems. Ideal applicants bring deep expertise in Java, C++, Python, Go, and related development stacks, plus hands-on experience with Docker,

Competenze

• Twenty (20) years experience as a software engineer is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
• Four (4) years of additional software engineering experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
• Active Top Secret/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph is required.

Mansioni

• Develops, maintains, and enhances complex software systems based on documented requirements.
• Reviews and tests software components for adherence to design requirements and documents results.
• Resolves software problem reports.
• Provides input to system design including hardware/software trade-offs and code reuse.
• Collaborates with teams using Jira/Confluence, GitHub, and related tools.
• Experience with frameworks such as Spring, Angular and Bootstrap and databases like Oracle/MySQL/MongoDB.
