Turquoise Health is hiring a Senior Software Engineer for the Transactions team. This fully remote US role involves end-to-end feature delivery, cross-stack work, and ownership from problem definition to deployment.

You’ll join a small team building a new product from 0 to 1 and impact healthcare price transparency. You should have 5+ years Python experience, frontend framework proficiency (Vue/React), production systems expertise, strong SQL, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years professional experience with Python.
• Proficiency with Vue or React frontend frameworks.
• Strong experience building and shipping production systems on a Python stack.
• Proven track record of shipping complex, customer-facing features from concept through production.
• Strong command of SQL with experience designing and optimizing schemas and queries for non-trivial data problems.
• Product-minded approach: you care why something is built and whether it made an impact.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• End to end delivery of new features from problem definition and technical design through implementation and deployment.
• Work across the stack, building APIs, data models, pipelines, integrations and UI as needed.
• Contribute to a small, high-performing team through shared ownership, authoring high-quality code and raising the bar for how we build.
• Drive technical discussions, surface risks early and communicate progress of your work.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to iterate on critical user flows.
