Turquoise Health is hiring a Senior Software Engineer for the Transactions team in a fully remote role within the United States. You will own meaningful work end to end, building features across the stack—from APIs to UI—and shipping production systems.

Bring 5+ years Python, modern frontend (Vue/React), strong SQL, and a product-minded approach. Excellent communication and a CS degree are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional Python experience.
• Frontend experience with Vue or React.
• Production systems experience on a modern Python stack.
• Track record shipping complex customer-facing features.
• Strong SQL skills for designing and optimizing schemas/queries.
• Product-minded approach and impact-focused mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end features from problem definition to deployment.
• Build APIs, data models, pipelines, integrations and UI as needed.
• Contribute to a small, high-performing team with shared ownership.
• Drive technical discussions, surface risks early, communicate progress.
• Collaborate with product and design to iterate critical user flows.
