Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of practical experience with at least one programming language (Python, C#, or JavaScript).
• Familiarity with algorithms and data structures.
• Extensive knowledge of SQL and relational databases; performance tuning/optimization.
• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Understanding of the SDLC.
• Strong communication of complex technical concepts to all levels.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and implementation of software applications based on project requirements.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to architectural discussions and best practices.
• Document software designs, code changes, and processes for compliance and maintenance.
• Design and implement unit, integration, and performance tests to ensure quality.
• Collaborate with product management and design to gather requirements and align on timelines.
• Promote coding standards and security best practices across the team.
• Lead deployment of software and post-deployment reviews to capture lessons learned.
