Job summary

FirstPRO 360 is seeking a hands-on Senior Software Engineer / Technical Lead to mentor a team of 5-7 developers while continuing to write production code and drive modernization of legacy applications into a scalable platform.

You will design APIs, databases, and modular systems, improve CI/CD and testing practices, and partner with leadership on strategic technical decisions, with emphasis on PHP/Laravel, SQL, and REST APIs.

Qualifications

• Strong object-oriented PHP experience (Laravel preferred).
• Hands-on technical leadership and some direct management experience.
• Experience modernizing legacy systems without disrupting operations.
• Strong SQL, relational database design, and REST API experience.
• Solid architectural judgment, ideally with domain-driven design or modular systems.
• Bonus: C#/.NET, AWS, SQL Server.
