Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
• 5+ years of experience in related field.
• Demonstrated high abilities in Core Java development.
• Experience with 3rd party software integrations (REST/SOAP/XML/JSON).
• Building secure, scalable software with performance tools.
• Technical leadership from design through release.
• Mentor contributors to grow technical skills and business knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, monitor, and assist in implementing requested system changes and test environments.
• Meet with management for input on prioritizing strategic projects and update status.
• Mentor and raise core technical capabilities through training and knowledge sharing.
• Provide technical guidance and promote best practices within the team.
• Monitor requests and vendor items; analyze application functionality for improvements.
• Update programs to correct errors or enhance functionality; diagnose issues.
• Document development best practices for future modification.
• Work with leadership to ensure development ecosystem meets business needs.
