Ro is seeking a Staff Software Engineer/Tech Lead for the Patient Experience team in New York to own backend systems that support patients starting and continuing their care with Ro. You will shape architecture and own end-to-end platforms, translating patient and business needs into scalable technical solutions.

• Proven backend experience building production-grade systems.
• Ability to design scalable architectures across services and data flows.
• Strong collaboration with product, design, and clinical teams.
