Job summary

Ro is seeking a Senior IT Engineer to ensure a frictionless, secure experience for Ro employees. The role involves building, operating, and maintaining Ro’s internal IT systems and endpoints across macOS, Windows, ChromeOS, and VDI.

You will work hands-on on a multi-platform environment and collaborate with teams to improve security and end-user experience in a fast-paced healthcare tech setting.

The Role:

We are looking for a Senior IT Engineer who will play a key role ensuring a frictionless, secure experience for our team members as we collectively work to bring an amazing healthcare experience to our patients. This role reports directly to the Senior IT Engineering Manager and works closely with other internal technology teams.

This is a non-managerial, hands‑on individual contributor role where you’ll build, operate, and maintain Ro’s internal systems and endpoints. You’ll work closely with the team to manage and mature a multi‑platform environment - macOS, Windows, ChromeOS and VDI - creating code
