Job summary

PODS is seeking a senior software engineer in Clearwater, FL to own major initiatives end-to-end. You’ll craft scalable React/TypeScript and Kotlin back-ends, own production health, and drive rapid deployments in Azure DevOps.

You’ll design experiments with Eppo and collaborate with Product and UX to translate requirements into solid technical plans. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of experience, cloud-native architecture skills, and a strong testing mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional software engineering owning complex, consumer-facing apps end to end.
• Expert-level in React/TypeScript and modern back-end languages (Kotlin, Java, C#).
• Cloud-native architectures with Azure, microservices and RESTful API design.
• Strong commitment to automated testing and shift-left quality.

Responsibilities

• Full-Stack delivery across React/TypeScript and Kotlin/Spring Boot.
• Own production path, infrastructure, and CI/CD pipelines.
• System integration with Salesforce CDP, Snowflake, and CMSs.
• Identify bottlenecks and improve engineering docs and design processes.
• Raise overall app quality by reducing bugs and performance regressions.
