Job summary
The One 23 Group is seeking a Senior Software Engineer & Tech Lead to guide engineering teams delivering Digital Engineering, Modeling & Simulation, software, cloud modernization, DevSecOps, data analytics, and AI-enabled capabilities for federal clients.
You will collaborate with program managers and government customers to ensure successful execution, mentor staff, and drive innovative, secure solutions in mission-critical environments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical discipline.
- 8+ years of experience leading technical teams for federal customers.
- Experience delivering enterprise software, Digital Engineering, and AI-enabled solutions.
- Strong understanding of Agile software development and systems engineering.
- Experience engaging with government customers and executive stakeholders.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership across multidisciplinary teams in digital engineering, modeling & simulation, software engineering, cloud modernization, and AI-enabled capabilities.
- Oversee project lifecycle from planning to deployment and operation.
- Guide architecture decisions and ensure security and compliance alignment.
- Engage with government customers and stakeholders, supporting proposals and capture activities.
