Welcome to Eton Solution in Bellevue, WA. We are seeking a Software Development Engineer to design, develop, and implement software solutions that address business and client needs across the full lifecycle.

You will collaborate with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, and QA Analysts to deliver scalable, high-quality features while mentoring junior developers and upholding code quality and security standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience
• 5+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
• Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team
• 5+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement software solutions in alignment with the company's objectives and client requirements.
• Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, QA Analysts) to define, design, and ship new features and products.
• Ensure code quality, scalability, and security through rigorous testing, code reviews, and adopting best practices in software development.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems and applications.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, applying them to operations and activities where beneficial.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
