Eton Solution is seeking a Front End Engineer III to lead the design, development, and optimization of web applications. This senior role collaborates with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into robust technologies, championing best practices and modern frontend architectures.

In this role you will influence architectural decisions, mentor teammates, and drive adoption of cutting-edge frontend technologies.

Qualifications

Knowledge of web services technologies such as SOAP, HTTP, REST-Experience in a broad range of software design approaches and common UX patterns.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of advanced front-end applications that meet usability, performance, and aesthetics standards.
Architect scalable and maintainable web applications that are responsive across devices.
Drive adoption of modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js), HTML5, CSS3, and related tools to improve quality.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product managers, and back-end engineers to deliver seamless user experiences.
Optimize applications for speed and scalability with efficient code and modern build tools.
Spearhead front-end testing strategies to ensure reliability and performance.
Mentor junior front-end engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence.
Keep up-to-date with new frontend technologies and advocate adoption where appropriate.
