Qualifications

• Master’s degree in software or systems engineering (no substitutions).
• Minimum 10 years experience in software development or CID/C4ISR.
• 3-5 years leading engineering teams, cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and integration of complex software/hardware/firmware systems.
• Oversee contract execution and ensure delivery of mission-critical capabilities.
• Mentor engineers and foster a high-performance team culture.
• Serve as primary interface with Government technical representatives.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams across software, hardware, and testing.
• Support recruiting and workforce development efforts.
