Resource Innovations is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to lead architecture and delivery of a scalable SaaS product. You’ll design, develop, and deploy cloud-based software for energy organizations, working with Laravel, Vue.js, and Tailwind CSS.

You will collaborate across cross-functional teams, mentor engineers, and uphold best practices for performance, security, and reliability in a fast-paced, impact-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on software development experience in PHP/Laravel.
• 6+ years building with Vue.js or similar JS frameworks.
• SoaS product design with scalable cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and design of a scalable SaaS product using Laravel, Vue.js, and Tailwind CSS.
• Collaborate with designers, PMs, and program teams to align product with business needs.
• Ensure performance, security, and sustainability across the stack.
• Mentor engineers and promote a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
• Own full SDLC from requirements to deployment and maintenance.
