Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Software Engineering, Software Programming, or related field.
• 10 years of experience developing and implementing software applications.
• Mastery of SQL and Python.
• Extensive experience with DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering.
• Experience managing large-scale software projects.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset with strong coding skills.
• Outstanding teamwork and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of computer systems and latest technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to develop software to meet customer needs and ensure high performance after launch.
• Design innovative software programs to improve data capture, analysis, and presentation for customers.
• Oversee projects and lead junior developers.
• Research, develop, implement and manage software to meet company needs.
• Maintain software and create updates addressing customer and company concerns.
• Oversee testing and evaluation of new programs.
• Review and approve modifications to existing programs.
• Lead deployment of software tools, processes, and metrics.
• Coach and train team members to ensure confidence in software use.
• Stay updated on newest tech and apply relevant innovations to systems.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
