Key Qualifications & Experience

• 7+ years of software engineering experience building end-to-end applications
• Architecture & Cloud:
• Cloud-native development experience, with up to 5 years on AWS
• Experience with S3, EMR, and serverless architectures
• 4+ years of experience with big data technologies such as Spark and Hadoop
• Strong ability to bridge user-facing applications with large-scale data platforms
• Strong SQL skills (3+ years) for data analysis and performance optimization
• Scripting & Development Tools:
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python and/or Perl
• AI Experience (Required):
• Ability to incorporate AI capabilities into software solutions to improve functionality and productivity
• Leadership & Communication:
• Demonstrated technical leadership and mentoring experience
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
