You will solve complex problems, mentor teammates, and collaborate with customers to deliver data-driven insurance risk solutions. The role requires 10+ years of experience and a strong background in data modeling, diverse tech stacks, and architecture.

Qualifications

10+ years of Software Engineering experience.
BS Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
Expertise in data modeling and multiple data storage subsystems.
Proficiency in Java/J2EE, JavaScript, JSP, C/C++, HTML, XML, SQL, Windows, UNIX, and .Net.
Experience leading large multifunctional development activities.
Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Serve as a primary technical point of contact for external technology resources.
Provide design input across a product and work directly with customers/end users.
Mentor lead software developers and review complex specifications.
Write and review detailed specifications for system components of moderate complexity.
Complete complex bug fixes and optimize data models.
