SoftPro, a division of Fidelity National Financial, seeks a Senior Software Engineer/Team Lead in Raleigh, NC for hybrid or remote work. Lead design, development and testing of our SaaS platform while mentoring the team and delivering high-quality software using C#, .NET Core, Angular, and Kubernetes.

You will collaborate across functions, implement performance improvements, and ensure robust unit testing and deployment practices in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on software development experience with C# and .NET Core
• Prior team lead or management experience
• Experience with Angular, Node.js, TypeScript
• Experience with Web Services, XML and JSON
• Experience developing microservices on Kubernetes
• Thorough unit testing with MSTest, NUnit, or xUnit
• Strong Agile/Scrum experience
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
• Experience with nearshore/offshore teams

This role will also be responsible for maintaining and enhancing existing components, including addressing bug fixes and implementing performance improvements. As a Team Lead, the Senior Software Engineer will play a key role in guiding development efforts and mentoring team members, prior experience in a technical leadership capacity is essential for success in this position.
