Qualifications

• Must have 9+ years of professional software engineering experience, including 8+ years in C/C++ development.
• 6+ years experience required in the field with relevant expertise.
• Proficiency with Linux and Windows operating systems for day-to-day development.
• Experience with Tactical Data Links such as Link 16 and JREAP-C is required.
• Ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance and currently active clearance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and architect software for Windows and Linux in C/C++.
• Develop multi-threaded codebases handling multiple socket connections.
• Define coding standards, patterns, and automated testing pipelines.
• Mentor the software team and coordinate with systems engineering, cybersecurity, and testing teams.
• Communicate status and risk to stakeholders and leadership.
