Qualifications

• 5+ years of production software experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field.
• Experience at a B2B SaaS company.
• Strong hands-on React and C#/.NET.
• Familiar with AI-assisted engineering.
• Proficient in Agile/Scrum practices.

Responsibilities

• Turn customer feedback into technical solutions via design and delivery.
• Write clean, scalable code with performance and reliability as the platform grows.
• Lead code reviews and mentor engineers across the team.
• Identify and advocate for improvements that strengthen the platform.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to engineers, product partners, and stakeholders.
• Contribute to planning, retrospectives, and other agile practices.
