Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Sr. Software Engineer, Sensor for Linux to join the CTIO team remotely in the US. You will design and implement core sensor features running across Linux, Windows, and macOS, focusing on performance, security, and reliability.

You’ll collaborate with sensor teams worldwide, own features end-to-end from design to delivery, and mentor others while leveraging AI techniques to boost decision making and throughput in a fast-paced, Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of C/C++ and system programming.
• Extensive experience with Linux/Windows/macOS internals.
• Proven track record delivering features in distributed teams.
• Experience using AI to enhance decision-making is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sensor teams on architecture and initiatives.
• Design and develop new product features.
• Provide guidance for cross-platform delivery (Windows, macOS, Linux).
• Own features end-to-end from design to delivery, including demos.
• Engage in cross-functional collaboration across locations.
