Job summary

VTG Defense seeks a Senior Software Engineer to contribute toward closing the intercept capability gap for state and local law enforcement agencies. This role is 100% onsite in Fredericksburg, VA.

You will create custom tools to evaluate mobile apps and IoT devices, document evaluation results, and develop whitepapers, PowerPoints, and articles that illustrate the findings for customers. The ideal candidate has a BS in a relevant field, 8+ years as an applications programmer, and deep experience

Qualifications

• US citizen with Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree in an applicable field or equivalent with 8+ years of technical experience as an applications programmer/developer.
• Minimum 5 years' experience developing in C# with strong knowledge of ASP.NET, MVC, WCF, jQuery, JavaScript and JSON.
• Experience developing mobile applications for iOS or Android.

Responsibilities

• Create custom tools to evaluate mobile apps and IoT devices; assess intercept capabilities; document evaluation findings for customers.
• Document evaluation results and create whitepapers, PowerPoints, and articles that illustrate the findings from the evaluations.
