CentralReach builds software for autism and IDD care, serving ABA therapy providers, educators, and employers. You will lead the development of robust, scalable software, architecting both front-end and back-end components and delivering high-quality systems.

The role emphasizes strong backend expertise with C# .NET and MSSQL, experience with AWS and Terraform, and familiarity with containers (Docker/Kubernetes) and CI/CD tooling.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in C# .NET backend services and MSSQL performance tuning.
• Proven experience with AWS services and Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of robust, scalable, and maintainable software solutions.
• Design and implement responsive user interfaces using React and TypeScript.
• Build and optimize high-performance backend services using C# .NET and Node.js.
