Responsibilities

Define and lead technical roadmaps for scalable, high-performance systems.
Set engineering standards for code quality, design, and implementation.
Provide mentorship to junior and senior engineers, promoting knowledge sharing.
Lead architectural discussions to ensure systems meet long-term goals and scalability.
Collaborate with Product, Design, and other engineers to align technical strategy with business goals.
